How do you prepare food that tastes like it was prepared in Africa?
I have been cooking food in Africa for many years.
I started by learning the basics of African cooking from my mother.
My first meal was a breakfast of raw bread and dried fruit with a little spice.
It was very tasty and filling.
I then learned about traditional African cooking and how to cook with spices.
I learned how to prepare the dishes using a wide range of spices, such as cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, bay leaf, coriander, and corienna.
I began experimenting with different types of vegetables and herbs.
This is when I learned that a lot of people in the African community had never tasted the traditional African dishes.
After experimenting, I learned about the traditional cooking techniques that were used in the communities.
These techniques included soaking the rice, marinating the rice in salt, cooking the rice until it is tender and fragrant, marinading the rice with herbs and spices, and making a variety of savory and sweet dishes.
This knowledge led me to the following recipes.
I love cooking my own food in the way I prepare it in Africa.
