How to find a new vegan cookbook (and why we should care)
The National Geographic Guide to Veganism has been published by Penguin Random House, and is a collection of recipes that feature healthy and vegan ingredients.
I have a confession to make, though.
I’m not a huge fan of vegan food.
I like the taste, but I prefer raw vegan food that doesn’t require a lot of preservatives and additives.
It’s easy to make a good recipe for raw vegan, but there are so many options out there that I just can’t stick with it.
There’s so many ways to make vegan food at home, and the list is endless.
Vegan food is the easiest, healthiest, most convenient food option out there, and there are a lot more options available than what is on the National Geographic list.
But what if you have a specific food allergy that makes it difficult for you to eat vegan?
And what if vegan food is expensive?
Then this is the perfect recipe to help you discover some new recipes that are just right for you.
I know this sounds like a lot to ask, but you can make it easy and fun for yourself by following the tips and tricks I’ve picked up from National Geographic.
Let’s dive in!

It includes vegan, dairy-free, and gluten- and soy-free ingredients.
There are also a few optional toppings, like walnuts, almonds, and cashews.
Vegan and dairy- free options are also included in the recipe, so if you’re vegan and gluten intolerant, you can still enjoy this recipe.
